Ordering

  1. When should I place my A La Carte Order?

    1. You can place your order anytime up until 3 weeks before your event date!

  1. Are you available on “X” date?

    1. Most likely yes! We take A La Carte orders Tuesday-Saturday.

  2. Can I place my order for a Sunday or Monday?

    1. Unfortunately, no. If you have a Sunday or Monday event, we recommend picking up the day before.

  3. Can I pick up my order a day before my wedding?

    1. Yes! We recommend picking up/delivering the day of for maximum freshness. However, we understand that is not always possible. If you need your florals early, we recommend keeping them in a cool place away from any direct heat source. Make sure to replenish the water daily.


Customizations

  1. Can I customize my A La Carte Order?

    1. In order to keep the process streamlined and affordable, we do not offer customizations.

  1. Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

    1. No, but that is not a bad thing! Flowers are unique and vary depending on the time of year. Take peace in knowing that your bouquet will be made uniquely for you and will not look like every other bouquet in the same style. Also, note that certain flowers seen in the photos (ahem, peonies) are not available year round. But if we have them, you bet we will use them!


General

  1. What if I don’t want a big bouquet?

    1. Many brides choose the petite or posy bridal bouquet for a more understated option!

  1. What do you recommend for an arbor?

    1. We have a few great options! Either our bulk flowers or floral garland would make a beautiful addition to your arbor. For the garland, simply choose the correct length for your arbor. We suggest adding extra length for draping. Attach to your arbor with zip ties and that’s it! Same goes for the bulk flowers, order as many as you would like to achieve the desired fullness and attach via zip ties!

  2. I don’t see “X” on the menu, do you have it available?

    1. We do our best to keep our menu simple without an overwhelming amount of options. What you see online is all we have available at this time. We are open to suggestions and if there is a large enough demand for a certain item, we will add it!

  3. Can I cancel my order?

    1. You may cancel your order no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.

  4. Do you offer refunds?

    1. We will give a full refund if the order is 2 weeks prior.

  5. Can I make changes to my flower order once it has been placed?

    1. Yes changes can be made 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

  6. Can I change my pick up/delivery time/location?

    1. Yes, if you would like to change a pick up delivery time/date or location or pay for a delivery, please do so at least 2 weeks in advance.
